Any of the three builds will be perfectly viable but you will also always have one that wins out depending on situation. Generally, the choice depends on the specific encounter you're up against, as well as your personal preference. It does also have an absolute ton of procs and is difficult to play optimally. The DW version picks up Shattering Blade and has a very consistent damage throughput. I haven't listed it here since the build does badly whenever you have any adds, but it's still interesting. Interestingly, it has a viable build option which completely avoids picking up Remorseless Winter. The 2H version is a bursty 30-40 second cooldown window that does well on really short cleave as well as bosses where you're running around a lot.
